Miz Mooz is KIND of one of those brands I forget about, to be honest. Luckily for me, I have a girl friend named Kara who always likes to make sure that I’ve got my fill of pretty shoes (and she shows them to me first thing in the morning! How’s that for a wake-up call?).
It’s probably best I forget about Miz Mooz, because I’d be lusting after even more shoes than I already do– and to be honest, I’ve been REALLY good this year on the shoe front… (and c’mon– when they’re on sale, it makes it all the harder to resist, no?)
Kara really thought I’d be interested in the Besso heel below ($20! What a deal!). While pretty, ESPECIALLY the blue, they’re not something I could see myself ACTUALLY wearing, in all honestly.
However, the Lykra heel ($49.99) is a little bit more plausable. I love the crossover elastic bands, the ankle strap, and the fact the heel seems really modest– a great going out heel!
The shoe that really took my heart though, was the Hipster brogue at $69.99. While I think that hipster is a stupid name for them, they seem like a nice, masculine brogue. Also in their defense, they seem like a great shoe that, once you bore with them, or think that they’re too masculine, you could dazzle them up with rhinestones or studs. I frankly think I’m going to see if they got on sale a BIT more…
Kara swears that Miz Mooz are rather comfy, but, as always, I’m a bit of the skeptic (especially when I can only return it for store credit). Anyone have experience with the brand? Do they live up to the hype, or am I better off saving my pennies?

As far as their comfortableness goes, I’ve also heard that Miz Mooz is pretty comfy. Although I wouldn’t buy a pair of 4″ heels from anyone and expect them to be truly comfortable (as opposed to “cute shoe comfortable”, if you know what I mean!), I bet the Lykra would be great! The one review on the website seems to concur, but you probably saw that already…

I hate that it doesn’t list how high the heel actually is? It kind of looks under 4″, but that could be the way they’re designed….
