I think there will definite period of adjustment, because a lot HAS changed (but often in great ways!). Christy, your comment meant a lot. I do worry a bit about feeling unsettled & disconnected, especially since I DO have a bad habit of that when I move to a new place & so many of my old haunts are changed. Also, I can’t believe you’ve been back a year already!

When I moved back to NOLA after being away 3.5 years it was odd. Now that I've been back for a year I really feel settled in. At first the Pre-K changes were odd and I felt a disconnect but at the core New Orleans still offers everything that I love. .-= Christy´s last blog ..Get the party started early =-.
