I have mixed feelings on the Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend. On one hand, who the hell I am to shun buying my favorite DVD series on sale for $12 or new electronics super marked down? The other hand says getting up at 4 a.m. for $15 Old Navy jeans and fighting people (or getting trampled) for products is SILLY.
So instead, shop from home, support independent companies and brands that are Ashe Mischief approved, and enjoy doing so in your jammies.

My favorite hair accessory shop, Pretty Good Things, is having a 1 day only Cyber Monday sale! Use the code CM2009 to get 40% off your order (excluding shipping, discount does not include gift certificates, cannot be combined with other offers or discounts).
If I hadn’t already told the fella to forgo the holiday gift to save his pennies for us to visit, then I’d probably be sending him a small wishlist to this site alone…

Alice and Isa, purveyors of all things great and San Francisco, are having super deals each hour on Black Friday. In addition to marking down nearly everything on our site, they’re running hourly deals from 8am -12pm PST on Friday, Nov 27.

- 8am – Alix Bluh’s Bramble Bracelet – Spend $75, get the Bramble for $150 – that’s $108 off – Code: BRAMBLE
- 9am – 49 Square Miles – Every 49 SQ Mile bag marked down for 1 hour only!!! We only have one of each, so make sure you’re first in line! No code needed.

(As for me? I’m hoping the Ashes & Empire spats are on sale.)

b & lu, one of my favorite online plus-sized shops, is having 30% off all regular priced clothes (and their sale clothes are at a steal right now anyhow!). My picks are the Alex Dress and the Layla Dress.
If you’re in or around the St. Paul, MN region, I found this on their site:

Manhattanite is one of the great companies I have the pleasure blogging for. This weekend you can save 25% off their site by entering the word TURKEY in at checkout (expires Midnight on Monday). I love shopping for myself on Manhattanite, because there are so many delish goodies. HOWEVER, you can see how I’d change those things I’d buy for myself in to gifts to buy others here, with my Manhattanite Gift Guide.
In the meantime, you can check out Miss Malaprop’s post on Black Friday sales for Eco-friendly & Handmade goodies!
