TiLT! [November 7, 2008: Short 'n Sweet Edition]

It wouldn’t be “Things I Love Thursday” if I got it out on a Thursday now, would it? ;)

Indiana, aka, Go Blue-siers! I am so, SO proud to live in a battleground state right now. In a state that went 63% for Bush in the last election, not only am I pleased to see us go blue for this election, I am so proud to know that I made a difference; I made it happen. With all of the voter fraud of past elections, it’s a renewal of faith to see my vote really make an impact.

Mrs.O, a website dedicated to the fashion of First Lady Elect, Michelle Obama. I particularly love the title, playing on the “O” of another First Lady Fashionista, Jackie O.

How To: Astrological series…. After seeing lovely ladies share theirs, I thought I would post the Cancer video…

Taking classes! I’m excited to find out that my employer will cover a certain percentage of the costs if I want to continue my education and take classes. I’m looking in to taking perhaps an evening writing Poetry class next semester… let’s hope it doesn’t fill up!

@Vixel – Not geeky at all! (Except in perhaps a smart, sassy, and chic kind of way! ;)

Taking classes is one of my favorite things to do– hell, I stayed in school a good 6 years after high school, and am already thinking of going back!

@Annie Spandex – Definitely do, Annie! I love it so far– and I’m glad that media makes it easier to “interact” with her style, too. It makes her style even more accessible to women…
