I found out about Dainty Crochey by Aly when she added me on Twitter. As a disclaimer, sometimes I get a bit skeptical when designers add me on Twitter; I love to interact with people and not necessarily be spammed by adverts. So typically when one does add me, I check out their tweets and then hop on over to their shop.
So I stopped by her Etsy Shop. And I fell in LOVE. I wish I could pinpoint what it was that made me fall so.
♥ Perhaps it is the combination of crochet doily bits with vibrant and luxurious feathers (and in the form of hair pieces!).
♥ It may be her use of bold, striking colors.
♥ Or it could be her colors coupled with the geometric shapes and traditional crochet stylings that make her work so appealing.
♥ Even on her softer pieces, I’m attracted to the combination of lace work with cream and pink palettes, shells and beads, and more.

It definitely brings out the cozier, softer side of Ms. Mischief (and just in time for bunding up in winter wear!).
