I also had a bad experience with this company. I returned an item I had purchased as the color didn’t work. They said they would give me a credit. Fine. The credit was a CODE. So I couldn’t purchase anything and also use a sale code because you can only use one code per order. I emailed repeatedly saying that I felt I was being penalized. My credit is as good as cash and I should be able to use it during a sale. All I got was an apology that their system wasn’t capable of doing it any other way. If I were them I would certainly find a way to correct this as this seems to be the major basis of their problems. They didn’t seem to care about keeping me as a customer.

Well, that's that then. I've been into the whole pinup look lately for some reason and I came accross that site a week ago. Good thing I have no $$ so I couldn't order anything!
